Nashville First Digital collects the information needed to answer inquiries, deliver website services, operate secure accounts, process applications, and understand website performance. Nashville First Digital does not sell personal information. Passwords are handled by the identity provider and full card details are handled by Stripe—not stored by Nashville First Digital.
Information we collect
The information depends on how you use the site:
- Project inquiries, Website Checks, and call requests: name, business name, email, phone number, public website URL, plan or topic interest, business details, preferred call window, website goals, timeline, and advertising interest.
- Client and staff accounts: approved email, profile information, role, account status, messages, website requests, and session records. Nashville First Digital does not receive your plaintext password.
- Contracts and billing: contract terms, acceptance record, plan, amounts, invoice status, Stripe customer references, and payment history. Full payment-card numbers are entered with Stripe and are not stored by Nashville First Digital.
- Reviews: star rating, review text, first name, optional last initial or company, private moderation email, and an optional profile photo. The email is never published. A photo stays private unless automated screening passes and the owner approves the review.
- Careers: contact information, resume, optional professional links, work history, availability, eligibility responses, application answers, and internal review notes.
- Website activity: first-party page views, approximate traffic source, requested path, session identifier, inquiry submissions, portfolio opens, Carter opens, and click-to-call activity. Nashville First Digital’s analytics are intended to measure this website and do not create a cross-site advertising profile.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, and communicate about requested services.
- Create and protect approved portal accounts.
- Provide website support, messages, analytics, advertising reporting, invoices, and payment access.
- Review job applications and communicate with candidates.
- Moderate reviews before publication and display approved feedback.
- Detect misuse, troubleshoot, secure the service, and maintain business records.
- Understand which pages and services are useful and improve Nashville First Digital’s website.
Nashville First Digital does not use applicant information for customer marketing and does not publish private inquiry, contract, billing, or application information.
Service providers and disclosures
Nashville First Digital may share information with providers only as needed to run the service:
- Hosting and storage providers process website requests, structured records, analytics events, resumes, and optional review photos.
- OpenAI screens an optional review photo for potentially harmful image content when the moderation connection is active. Photos that cannot be screened remain private.
- Supabase handles customer and staff email/password authentication when connected.
- Stripe handles checkout, subscriptions, invoices, receipts, and payment methods when connected.
- Resend sends transactional emails such as inquiry confirmations, owner replies, career updates, and contracts when connected.
- Professional advisers or authorities may receive information when reasonably necessary to follow the law, protect rights, prevent fraud, or complete a business transaction.
Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy practices. Nashville First Digital does not authorize service providers to use private records for unrelated advertising.
Applicant privacy notice
Application information and resumes are used to evaluate qualifications, communicate about the role, plan interviews, document hiring decisions, and protect the recruiting process. Resumes are stored in private file storage and are available only through the authenticated owner review area.
Do not include passwords, bank details, Social Security numbers, copies of identity documents, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information in your resume or answers. Nashville First Digital does not charge an application fee. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview.
Retention and your choices
Nashville First Digital keeps records only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, ongoing services, security, dispute handling, accounting, and legal obligations. Retention periods may differ for inquiries, active clients, contracts, invoices, reviews, analytics, and applicants.
You may ask Nashville First Digital to correct or delete information, withdraw a pending review, or ask how your information is being used. Some records may need to be retained when required for active services, payment records, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Browser settings can clear the local theme preference and temporary session data.
Security
Nashville First Digital uses access controls, server-side authorization checks, encrypted connections, private storage, short account sessions, and specialized payment and identity providers. No internet service can promise perfect security. If you believe your account or information is at risk, use the contact method below and do not send passwords or full card details.
The client portal may offer “Remember me for 24 hours.” Signing out ends the Nashville First Digital portal session on that device. Nashville First Digital will never ask you to send, share, text, or tell anyone your password.
Children and outside links
Nashville First Digital’s business services and careers application are not directed to children under 13, and Nashville First Digital does not knowingly request personal information from children. The site may link to third-party websites whose privacy practices are controlled by those parties.
Changes to this notice
Nashville First Digital may update this notice as the website, providers, or business practices change. The effective date at the top will be revised when a material update is published.
