Service policies

Clear expectations before work begins.

This page explains the standard working rules behind Nashville First Digital services. A signed contract or written scope controls when it contains more specific terms.

Plain-language summary

You should know what is being built, what it costs, when feedback is due, what continues monthly, and what happens if either side needs to stop. Ask before signing when anything is unclear.

01

Scope and project changes

The selected plan, proposal, or signed contract defines the pages, features, revision rounds, service period, and deliverables. Requests outside that scope may require a written change, a new timeline, and an additional charge before the extra work begins.

Nashville First Digital may decline work that is misleading, unlawful, unsafe, outside reasonable capability, or dependent on access the client cannot authorize.

02

Build fees, invoices, and payment

Published website build fees are one-time charges for the stated plan. Contract-specific work uses the final price written in the contract. Payment dates, deposits, milestones, and any Stripe checkout link appear in the applicable contract or invoice.

Do not send card numbers by email, chat, inquiry form, or support ticket. Card details are entered directly with the connected payment provider.

03

Required monthly website care

Blueprint, Momentum, and Authority include a required monthly care bill after launch. The plan covers the stated combination of hosting, SSL, monitoring, backups, analytics, updates, and support. Focused Web Upgrade does not require a monthly plan unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Monthly care continues until it is cancelled according to the applicable contract. Ending care may require the website to be transferred, exported where technically possible, replaced by the client, or taken offline after a reasonable transition period.

04

Revision rounds

One revision round means one organized review and one complete list of requested changes to the current version. Blueprint includes one round, Momentum includes two, and Authority includes three before launch. New features, new pages, repeated partial feedback, or a new direction may be outside the included rounds.

05

Start dates, finish targets, and client delays

A contract can include a start date and target finish date. A target is based on timely access, content, approvals, and feedback. Delayed materials, unavailable accounts, late decisions, added scope, third-party problems, or events outside reasonable control may move the target.

Nashville First Digital will not count website analytics as public performance before the recorded launch date.

06

Cancellation, pauses, late balances, and refunds

Cancellation notice, final charges, transfer requirements, and any pause rules follow the signed contract. Work already completed, approved milestones, advertising spend, domains, licenses, and other third-party costs are generally not reversible. Any refund eligibility is determined by the written agreement and the work completed at the time of the request.

Late balances may pause new work, support, advertising management, transfers, or launch activity after reasonable notice. Nashville First Digital will not knowingly continue spending a client advertising budget after managed service has ended.

07

Content, domains, accounts, and ownership

The client must have permission to use all names, claims, images, logos, testimonials, licenses, and other supplied material. Client-owned domains and business accounts should remain in client-controlled accounts whenever practical. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets, and platforms remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Final ownership and transfer rights follow the signed contract. Nashville First Digital may keep internal records needed for security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations.

08

Advertising management and budgets

Local Reach management is separate from advertising-platform spend. The client approves the budget and remains responsible for platform charges. Campaigns may be paused when payment, access, destination quality, legal compliance, or lead-handling readiness creates a material problem.

The client is responsible for the accuracy, licensing, eligibility, pricing, availability, and fulfillment of the advertised offer.

09

Marketing results and reporting limits

Nashville First Digital does not guarantee rankings, impressions, clicks, calls, leads, bookings, sales, revenue, or return on investment. Results can be affected by competition, seasonality, budget, platform changes, service quality, offer strength, market demand, and client follow-up.

Tracking may be incomplete because of consent choices, blocked scripts, call behavior, offline activity, platform limits, or technical restrictions. Reports explain the available evidence and its limits.

10

Communication, security, and respectful use

Questions, feedback, files, and approvals should use the agreed communication path. Nashville First Digital will never ask a client to send or reveal an account password. Clients should not place card numbers, government identifiers, private customer lists, medical information, or unnecessary sensitive data in forms or support messages.

Threats, harassment, fraud, unlawful content, platform abuse, or attempts to bypass security may end service. Security and privacy questions can be sent through the project inquiry.
